AIMSIR DISTILLERY
Aimsir, Celtic for “time”, is a family-owned distillery built on a shared passion for spirits and a dedication to refinement. Rooted in Celtic heritage, the design draws from traditional motifs in color and detail, layered with Deco influences from the bootleg era.
On the main level, a horseshoe-shaped bar clad in emerald-green tile with a Carrara marble top anchors the space, the green continuing along the perimeter walls and into the copper still room. A custom tubelier – a sweeping horseshoe chandelier of brass tubes, recalling the fringe of a flapper dress – greets guests on arrival. Behind the bar, a bespoke cabinet integrates the brand’s logo motifs with glass shelving, aged mirror, and arched framing.
A Celtic-inspired mural by our in-house team spans the lower level and mezzanine in inverse colorways. Schoolhouse pendants and club-style furnishings create intimacy in the mezzanine beneath its soaring ceilings.
