The transformation of this Portland third-place remodel is more than just a renovation; it's the creation of a vibrant community anchor. Envision a uniquely adaptive space where coworking seamlessly blends with a bustling retail area, inviting coffee, a curated art gallery, and a dynamic event venue. The guiding concept is simple yet profound: to cultivate a sense of togetherness, showcase the extraordinary talent of local artists, and foster collaboration, all within an atmosphere of distinctiveness and calm. Every detail in this space tells a local story. We've collaborated with Matthew Philip Williams for custom, thoughtfully designed furniture pieces and retail fixtures. Handmade lighting fixtures by Peaches, and playful and sophisticated tile by Palet. This project is a testament to unique design, crafting a compelling and one-of-a-kind experience for every visitor.
