LOLO PASS HOSTEL

Inspired by the mountain passes of Oregon and Montana, Lolo Pass Hostel is designed to capture the energy of travel and connection. Working within a tight budget, Physical Space layered textures and mismatched furnishings to create warmth and visual interest. Bright color accents animate unexpected places—from the bar to the elevator to restroom floors—while each level carries its own color palette and custom mural. Rooftop seating and planted tables offer panoramic views of Portland.

A woman with curly hair wearing a dark shirt, jeans, and white sneakers sitting on a wooden bench with concrete supports in a bright room with large windows, holding and looking at her phone.
Two women sitting on a blue sectional sofa near large front windows, engaged in conversation inside a modern, well-lit lounge or cafe, with greenery visible outside.
Room with bunk beds numbered 1 and 2, large windows with blinds, and a view of trees and houses outside.
Two women having a conversation at a rooftop bar on a sunny day with a cityscape background, one with glasses and dark hair, the other with head tilt and light brown hair.
A table with a glass top, reflecting shadows of leaves and a chair in front of it.
Green leafy houseplants in beige and terracotta pots on patterned white and black countertop, with wooden shelf and black tiled wall in background.
