RED & CO

Red & Co is a female-founded, strategically minded, tech-forward agency challenging the status quo. In an industry led predominantly by white men, they sought a workspace that embodied transparency, connection, and a new way forward.

Physical Space created an open environment defined by a translucent curtain—able to fully open for gatherings or enclose the space in a soft, womb-like atmosphere. The program includes a kitchenette, art wall, gold foil graphics, and meeting room, all unified by the brand’s signature blush tone. Contemporary furnishings reflect the agency’s ethos. The project was a full collaboration between Red & Co, The Good Flock, and Physical Space.
